Julie started her B&G career as a designer prior to the end of the last century, after graduating with a BFA from Syracuse University's Visual and Performing Arts College. She later moved on to account management and is now director of operations. Her experience with all stages of the process makes her a management powerhouse in her day-to-day interaction with designers, account managers, project directors and clients. Known for her "special sense of humor", Julie keeps an eagle eye on quality control, budgets and deadlines.
- "One client often receives last-minute requests for ad placements in small publications. Each time, she would contact us to design a quick ad, which she would then have to get approved internally - a fairly stressful situation that also caused a few needless hours of overtime. I suggested that we design a suite of ad templates in various sizes and colors. Now when she has a last minute ad, we can get it done in no time - and she can look like a superstar."
