Member Campaign Exceeds ExpectationsWashington, DC - November 2010. Bremmer & Goris conceived, designed and executed an integrated print and web campaign for a large financial association with the intention of gathering feedback from members. Response rates far exceeded the organizations' previous campaigns and expectations for this campaign, with over 500 responses submitted in just one month.
Interactive Sales Presentation Breaks New Ground
Alexandria, VA - November 2010. Bremmer & Goris recently launched a new sales tool for Washington Gas, the largest area provider of natural gas. The tool is designed to show builders and building owners how to plan early to include natural gas in a multi-family development and showcase new natural gas technology. The sales tool is a Flash presentation - including videos shot in a virtual building created for the project.
ICBA and Bremmer & Goris Honored with MarCom Awards
Dallas, TX - October 2010. The Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) was honored with several MarCom Awards from the Association of Marketing & Communication Professionals, including the association's annual report and the industry publication Profitability Solutions, both of which were designed by Bremmer & Goris.
The MarCom Awards competition recognizes outstanding creative achievement by marketing and communication professionals. There were almost 5,000 entries from throughout the United States, Canada and several other countries in the 2010 competition.

New Website Showcases Abilities in AbilityOne

Alexandria, VA - October 2009. AbilityOne has launched its new website, designed by Bremmer & Goris. Abilityone.org serves as a central information source about the program for government and Department of defense (DoD) procurement officials, the press and the general public. Beyond providing information about the program benefits and its various products and services, the new site incorporates career resources for people with disabilities interested in employment for the program.
Bremmer & Goris began work with a full architectural renovation, which now includes a section devoted entirely to the DoD, the program's largest customer. The new site also features a completely new user interface, improving usability and adhering to their brand. In addition to the development of the new website, Bremmer & Goris has been a long-term partner with the AbilityOne program developing marketing communications, media planning and award winning advertising.
The AbilityOne Program is the largest single source of employment for people who are blind or have other severe disabilities in the United States, providing employment opportunities to more than 40,000 people. Bremmer & Goris Produces Energizing Video for Washington Gas
Alexandria, VA - July 2009. Bremmer & Goris partnered with Washington Gas to deliver a High Definition two minute promotional video touting the environmentally friendly benefits of natural gas and its presence in DC area homes.
The video, created by Bremmer & Goris and filmed by Astray Productions, is just one element in the multimedia Energy of the City campaign and was developed for use in model units and sales and lease offices throughout the DC Metro area. The piece is part of a larger effort to help area builders and developers market their properties that include natural gas. Washington Gas is offering the video, as well as print materials, banners, web sponsorships and more, as free collateral to help developers sell units faster.

Nine Bremmer & Goris Works Accepted by American Corporate Identity

Scholarly Publishing Takes A Giant Step Forward

Alexandria, VA - February 2009. Bremmer & Goris is proud to announce the official launch of the new BioOne.org, the only collection of peer reviewed journals devoted to the biosciences.
Over a year in development, BioOne.org features a new user interface with sophisticated functionality and advanced search capabilities. Bremmer & Goris partnered with BioOne to create architecture and site design from the ground up, employing one of the leading e-publishing platforms.
Thousands of libraries and institutions throughout the world subscribe to BioOne's new database driven site that allows researchers to accurately search thousands of articles from over 110 scholarly bioscience journals. "With the complex functionality and wide variety of users, the navigation and features had to be organized so that each user can easily utilize all that the new site has to offer," notes Mark Kurtz, Director of Business Development for BioOne.

Bremmer & Goris Strategy Team Leads Positioning Workshop
Baltimore, MD - November, 2008. Vice President of Strategic Development Nicole Colovos and Marketing Account Manager Mark Pedersen partnered with SPARC®, the Scholarly Publishing and Academic Resources Coalition, to provide a Practicum on marketing and advocacy. The team lead 200+ librarians, researchers, administrators and publishers from around the world through a working session dedicated to communicating the benefits of digital repository.
The interactive session was a part of the SPARC Digital Repositories Meeting 2008 in Baltimore, MD. Participants focused on understanding audience segments in order to craft their own unique positioning statement and elevator speech.

Identity Helps First Annual BA 5k Race Raise Over $35K

Alexandria, VA - November 8, 2008. The BA 5K, hosted by The Sydney Moss Fund in Alexandria, was a huge success, attracting 318 participants who helped raise over $35,000 for critical research at Johns Hopkins University.
Bremmer & Goris designed a logo identity for the BA 5K race and The Sydney Moss Fund, as well as printed promotional materials and a website. Founder Lindsay Moss commented: "I truly believe we would not have been nearly as successful if it had not been for you, Julie and the Bremmer & Goris team. The logo is adorable, the materials were fantastic, and the website was VITAL to our success—most of our registrations and donations were done online... I've already put in for our permit for 2009."
The Sydney Moss Fund was founded by Lindsay and Stephen Moss in honor of their daughter Sydney, born with biliary atresia.
Press Kit Ties for 2nd Highest score in Packaging Category

Ashland, Kentucky - March 2008. American Corporate Identity announced winners for publication in the 2009 edition of its book showcasing the best corporate identity in America.
A logo for The Vision Council's "Vision Summit" was selected for the trademarks & logos category. Two other projects for The Vision Council, an annual report and press kit were included for the annual reports and packaging categories. A fundraising kit designed for Baltimore's Enoch Pratt Library was chosen in the brochure category. And a booklet on the greening of airports for Airports Council International won in the Green/Sustainable Design category. Bremmer & Goris' holiday mailing was also included in the promotions category.
Major Scholarly Publishing Organization Launches New Brand
Alexandria, VA - March, 2008. Bremmer & Goris is proud to announce that it has partnered with BioOne, a leading aggregate in online scholarly publishing, to design and launch their new state-of-the- art website. Thousands of libraries and institutions throughout the world subscribe to BioOne, the only collection of peer reviewed journals devoted to the biosciences. Bremmer & Goris was tasked with the challenge to develop a new interactive site from the ground up that is easily navigable by a wide range of users, including librarians, researchers and publishers.
The database driven site will feature a new user interface, advanced search capabilities and functionality that allows researchers to accurately search thousands of articles from over 100 scholarly journals. Users will have have the ability to cross reference articles, download citations, set up email alerts and a host of other tools to enhance their overall experience. Bremmer & Goris is also rebranding the organization, which will be launched in conjunction with the organization's new website, in May, 2008.
eXtension Gets New Identity: More Mind Reach

Arlington, VA - March, 2008. Bremmer & Goris is excited to announce the public launch of eXtension. The online knowledge resource hosted a ribbon cutting and a formal launch ceremony at the USDA Agricultural Outlook Forum 2008, hosted in Crystal City, Virginia. eXtension, found at www.extension.org, is a single gathering of the most relevant, peer-reviewed, research-based information on the internet on more than fourteen special areas of interest. The topics run a wide spectrum of knowledge including personal finance, parenting, horses, and geospatial information systems.
Bremmer & Goris was proud to have worked with eXtension to design and develop their identity, graphic standards, and the materials that were used by all special areas of interest at the event. Fourteen windowshade displays were produced, along with consumer focused print materials that were customized by each exhibiting group.
eXtension has launched to acclaim, with users saying that they are "...excited about (eXtension) offering a resource site for those of us who have innovative ideas...in our rural and urban communities."
Brand Building Events Promotions for Local BID

Bremmer & Goris continued our involvement in promoting the local community. Banners and advertisements have been seen in the Crystal City area promoting an entire family of events created to set Crystal City apart as the next 18 hour destination in the DC Metro area.
CrystalScreen, a film festival featuring classic Clint Eastwood movies, and CrystalRides, a ProAm bike racing event, kicked off our events promotions with CCBID (www.crystalcity.org). Additional online and print materials were done for CrystalRolls, a rollerblading and rollerskating event for people of all ages; CrystalBlock, an afternoon block party; and VintageCrystal, a wine and jazz festival. Our exciting work culminated with promoting CrystalRun, an event including the Crystal City portion of the Marine Corps Marathon and the official post-race celebration. Spectator attendance for the event topped out at more than 15,000 and the Spin Doctors headlined the event!

Alexandria, VA - March, 2007. Bremmer & Goris' ongoing work for the New York City law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP has garnered yet another prestigious award. The Paul, Weiss Recruiting brochure won first place at the Legal Marketing Association's (LMA) 'Your Honors' Awards in the Recruitment Category.
Known as the legal industry's Oscars, Emmys and MacArthur Foundation Awards all rolled into one, the 'Your Honors' Awards recognize marketing communications that represent the "best of the best." Specifically, LMA judges look for innovations in creativity, execution and messaging. Instead of a traditional recruiting brochure about the firm, Bremmer & Goris developed a comprehensive kit folder showcasing anecdotes from the firm's partners, associates and alumni about what it takes to be a great lawyer.
